HOW TO INSTALL SMALL OZONE GENERATOR?
Install the ozone generator in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area, preferably above the water level. Connect the air compressor or oxygen concentrator to the ozone generator inlet using ozone-resistant tubing. Install a non-return (check) valve on the ozone outlet line, then connect it to the diffuser placed at the bottom of the tank. Switch on the air supply, then the ozone generator, and ensure fine bubbles are released evenly. Regularly inspect the tubing, check valve, and diffuser to maintain efficient operation.
HOW TO INSTALL BIG OZONE GENERATOR?
Install the ozone generator and oxygen concentrator in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area. Connect the oxygen concentrator outlet to the ozone generator inlet using ozone-resistant tubing. Install a non-return (check) valve on the ozone outlet line and connect it to the diffuser or venturi injector. Place the diffuser at the bottom of the tank if used. Switch on the oxygen concentrator first, then the ozone generator, and ensure ozone is flowing properly.

This is a plug-and-play model of our company, which has a very simple installation. We also provide online and video call installation services.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch your order on the same day you place the order, and shipping can be different and varies from state to state. But we will deliver within 1 week to every state in India.
What maintenance is required?
You just need to make sure that the machine is clean with a cloth, and no dust should be stay on the machine from inside to outside. Just 10 minutes of cleaning every month is enough to keep the machine working for 4-5 years,

What is differenet between 5 gram MS AND SS ?
We have 2 models of ozone generators; one is in SS-304, which is in an SS body and MS (Mild Steel). The spare parts and working are exactly the same for both machines.
